LifeFit Physiotherapy was established in 2008 with the philosophy of providing patients with accurate diagnosis, evidence based treatment and an empathetic approach to patient care. We are committed to providing high quality health care which has allowed the practice to achieve awards for outstanding professional medical services in the St George Area.

Emmanuel Menegakis

Emmanuel has over fifteen years of experience in the health care industry. His passion for providing high quality health care lead him to establish LifeFit Physiotherapy in 2008.

Emmanuel has a strong focus on hands on treatment along with educating patients on long term self-management of their injuries. He has worked with local elite sporting teams including St George Football Club, Fraser Park Football Club, Sydney Olympic FC and other clubs in the St George Football Association. Emmanuel enjoys being outdoors playing football, tennis and boating.

Jodie Tang Yan

Master of Physiotherapy (USYD)
Bachelor of Health Science,
Movement Science Major (USYD)

Since completing her Masters of Physiotherapy, Jodie has completed a range of professional development courses including dry needling, assessment and analysis of running technique and casting. She is passionate about having a holistic approach to therapy and using her knowledge and skills to help improve the health and well being of her clients.

Jodie's interests lie in injury prevention, musculoskeletal injuries, back pain, core strengthening, postural control and manual handling techniques for safe return to work/activity. She enjoys being outdoors, staying active and baking.

Gerard Stevens

Doctor of Physiotherapy (Macquarie University)
Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science (ACU)

Having spent time working with elite sporting clubs such as the South Sydney Rabbitohs and Canberra Raiders, Gerard has developed a clinical

skill set aimed at identifying and correcting movement abnormalities related to sports and exercise. He also has a keen interest in post-operative rehabilitation and a passion for dealing with musculoskeletal injuries.

Gerard loves to remain active and continues to participate in a number of sports including rugby league, touch football, OzTag and golf.

Kayla Chan

Certificate in Health and Fitness Studies

With a background in kinesiology, Kayla has a thorough understanding of how the human body moves and functions, and is committed to providing a high level of care using evidence-based practice. She has experience working with a wide range of clientele, from athletes to the elderly, and finds it rewarding to be able to help injured clients resume activities that they love.

Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Kayla was brought up living a very active lifestyle. She grew up swimming competitively, and eventually ended up coaching a high school swim team and becoming a lifeguard. Nowadays, her passions lie in snowboarding and rock-climbing.

Deepthi Nooli

Master of Physiotherapy (University of Queensland)
Bachelor of Medical Science (Hons) (UTS)

Deepthi graduated from the University of Queensland with a Masters of Physiotherapy Studies in 2012. She has 6 years of experience working in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy clinics. She continues to develop and update her physiotherapy and patient treatment skill set through completion of various professional developmental courses in areas including casting, dry needling and pilates. Deepthi strongly believes in a holistic approach to patient treatment. She is committed to helping clients with workplace injuries return to their pre-injury duties. She also has expertise in dealing with geriatric patients, providing rehabilitation for patients following a wide variety of surgeries and the treatment of patients with various sports related injuries.

Claudia Mello

Bachelor of Physical Education (Brazil)
Diploma of Remedial Massage (Australasian College of Natural Therapies)
Diploma of Fitness (Australasian College of Natural Therapies)

Claudia has followed her passion for health and fitness by completing a Bachelor Degree in Physical Education. Claudia also has a range of hands on experience in Remedial, Sports and Pregnancy massage since completing her Diploma of Remedial Massage and Diploma of Fitness at the Australasian College of Natural Therapies.

She is currently studying Medical Science (UTS) to enhance her knowledge of health and well-being to allow for a comprehensive massage treatment tailored to your specific needs.

Her in depth knowledge of anatomy and positive attitude towards health allows her to provide the best treatment possible to alleviate bodily aches and pains.
