LifeFit Physiotherapy was established in 2008 with the philosophy of providing patients with accurate diagnosis, evidence based treatment and an empathetic approach to patient care. We are committed to providing high quality health care which has allowed the practice to achieve awards for outstanding professional medical services in the St George Area.

Emmanuel Menegakis

Emmanuel has over fifteen years of experience in the health care industry. His passion for providing high quality health care lead him to establish LifeFit Physiotherapy in 2008.

Emmanuel has a strong focus on hands on treatment along with educating patients on long term self-management of their injuries. He has worked with local elite sporting teams including St George Football Club, Fraser Park Football Club, Sydney Olympic FC and other clubs in the St George Football Association. Emmanuel enjoys being outdoors playing football, tennis and boating.

Madeline Fitzgerald

Master of Physiotherapy
Bachelors degree in Sports and Exercise Science

Madeline completed her Bachelors degree in Sports and Exercise Science before completing her Masters of Physiotherapy, giving her a background of movement and evidence based rehabilitation. Madeline has been involved in managing injuries at the NSW State Netball Championships and in AFL, providing her with experience in managing a variety of injuries.

Madeline has a passion for post surgical and orthopaedic rehabilitation, as well as a providing a holistic approach to care for all individuals in improving their overall wellbeing.

Nicholas Mandis

Bachelor of Sports & Exercise Science
Doctor of Physiotherapy

Having both a Bachelor of Sports & Exercise Science and a Doctor of Physiotherapy, Nicholas has a keen interest in combining exercise rehabilitation with hands-on treatment. Nicholas is passionate about injury prevention, having involvement in pre-season screening for the South Sydney Rabbitohs and working with APIA Leichardt Football Club. Nicholas enjoys working across all age demographics and believes in a biopsychosocial approach to treating his patients.

In his spare time, Nicholas enjoys watching and playing football as well as fishing.

Rohan Laurendet

Bachelor of Physiotherapy

A national level 400m athlete, Rohan has developed an in-depth understanding of musculoskeletal injuries and biomechanics throughout his 8 years of training at an elite level. He graduated with distinction from a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Rohan has gained a broad understanding of evidence-based physiotherapy and has a keen interest in the management of sporting injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain and neurological conditions.

Rohan is passionate about promoting a healthy, active lifestyle and empowering people to achieve their goals. He is a strong advocate for exercise and believes a holistic, person-centered approach to treatment is the key in the management of many conditions.

Deepthi Nooli

Master of Physiotherapy (University of Queensland)
Bachelor of Medical Science (Hons) (UTS)

Deepthi graduated from the University of Queensland with a Masters of Physiotherapy Studies in 2012. She has 6 years of experience working in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy clinics. She continues to develop and update her physiotherapy and patient treatment skill set through completion of various professional developmental courses in areas including casting, dry needling and pilates. Deepthi strongly believes in a holistic approach to patient treatment. She is committed to helping clients with workplace injuries return to their pre-injury duties. She also has expertise in dealing with geriatric patients, providing rehabilitation for patients following a wide variety of surgeries and the treatment of patients with various sports related injuries.

Claudia Mello

Bachelor of Physical Education (Brazil)
Diploma of Remedial Massage (Australasian College of Natural Therapies)
Diploma of Fitness (Australasian College of Natural Therapies)

Claudia has followed her passion for health and fitness by completing a Bachelor Degree in Physical Education. Claudia also has a range of hands on experience in Remedial, Sports and Pregnancy massage since completing her Diploma of Remedial Massage and Diploma of Fitness at the Australasian College of Natural Therapies.

She is currently studying Medical Science (UTS) to enhance her knowledge of health and well-being to allow for a comprehensive massage treatment tailored to your specific needs.

Her in depth knowledge of anatomy and positive attitude towards health allows her to provide the best treatment possible to alleviate bodily aches and pains.
